Here’s a sample schedule:
Morning: Yoga
Personalized practice, integrating breathwork and meditation, if desired.
Get into your body, release tension and set an intention for the day.
Midday: Lunch
Enjoy a homemade, seasonal meal aligned with your dietary preferences and needs.
Afternoon: Restore
- Abhyanga: a traditional Ayurvedic full-body treatment using warm oil to help nourish the skin, regulate the nervous system, and improve circulation and lymph drainage.
- Shirodhara: a continuous stream of warm oil over the forehead (third eye) to quiet the mind and invite profound stillness
